This session will provide the attendee with important state of the art information about fueling the body for optimal function and performance and avoiding the pitfalls of the Athlete Triad in both women and men. This session will address in detail the energetic needs of exercising women and men and explain how to avoid the Athlete Triad and will highlight factors important for recovery.
