Nana Gletsu-Miller, PhD

Nana Gletsu Miller, is currently an Associate Professor of Nutrition Science at Indiana University Bloomington, School of Public Health. She obtained a PhD in Nutrition and Metabolism from University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Canada. She served as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Nutrition Science at Purdue University. The vision of her research program is to develop nutritional solutions that promote the health of individuals undergoing clinical management of obesity and diabetes. Her research focuses on effective and safe treatment strategies for improving nutritional outcomes following bariatric surgery. Another research program focuses on adolescents at risk for youth-onset type 2 diabetes.
