Christan Bury is a nutrition support dietitian from Cleveland, OH. She went to Purdue University for her undergraduate degree and attended Case Western Reserve University for her Masters and combined clinical internship at the Cleveland VA. She has been at the Cleveland Clinic for the last 8 years working in the ICUs specializing in post-surgical and solid organ transplant. Christan has lectured nationally on topics including malnutrition, etiology, and lean body mass assessment. She recently published in JPEN on the use of bedside ultrasound in the critically ill. She lives in University Heights, OH with her husband and 3 children.
