Beth Taylor, DCN, RD-AP, LDN, FAND, CNSC, FCCM
Dr. Beth Taylor is a research scientist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Her current areas of research surround early identification, therapy and outcomes of malnourished patients; and maintaining muscle mass and function in ICU patients. Prior to this role, she served as a nutrition support specialist in the surgical intensive care unit for 18 years. Dr. Taylor has spoken nationally and internationally and has published several textbook chapters and peer reviewed publications on the topics of enteral, parenteral and ICU nutrition. She has won numerous awards including the Academy Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice.
